CEO of J.A.M. James grew up in a military family that instilled tough values in him from a young age , but nurtured him in the importance of always doing acts of service for others as an important part of his daily routine. Although he grew up in a loving and caring family James found struggles with addiction later in life but by the grace of GOD and a recovery program he was able to overcome addiction and maintain his sobriety which created his passion for the third pillar of the business; second chances. He strives to give back What was so freely given to him in all of his affairs.
Aundra is the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Owner of J.A.M. A man of true integrity, passion for his work , and unmatched dedication to his customers has been not only the greatest influence on the organization of the company’s operations but has been a major factor in the life of the third member of the business Amia . He’s a great partner, step father , and role model to the black community of what a man that was never handed anything his whole life can achieve through hard work and determination. Most people couldn’t walk a hundred feet in his shoes with everything he has gone through in life let alone a mile. Despite everything life has thrown at him he has remained humble, resilient, and absolutely integral to the foundation of this company and this family.
The obvious boss of the entire operation, Amia or Mia as we call her is the cornerstone of why this company was founded . The love of her Father and Step Father united two normally unlikely partners to unite in one singular purpose. She is a perfect example of why family is another pillar of our business. Although she is not a customer facing employee she may make her voice heard during phone consultations to make sure business is up to her hard standard .
Jon is the First non-owner employee hired at J.A.M. His position started as just a fill in person for side jobs early on in our company. His undeniable talent, and unparalleled work ethic got him a quick promotion to Lead Director of Operations and has quickly become one of the most valuable members of this organization. He is a true example to all of the core values this company represents.
Tiana is the eyes , ears , voice , and glue of the company . She makes sure all of the behind the scenes work that is pivotal to our operations runs smoothly and is the entire reason we can function as such a dynamic team . She has more different functions than the rest of the team combined but still always has a smile on her face and time for a kind word with all of our customers. She is a busy mother of three wonderful children but somehow still manages to meet and exceed any expectations ever set upon her desk . She shows off her ability to display all three company pillars in her daily life both personally and professionally!
